By creating an account on DoulaShift (operated by Stacia Doula Services LLC, "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Doulas must provide valid certification information and supporting documentation. Hospitals must represent a licensed facility. All accounts require admin verification before claiming or posting shifts. We reserve the right to deny or revoke verification.
DoulaShift handles protected health information (PHI). You agree to use clinical documentation features only for legitimate care purposes, maintain confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA and applicable state law. You will not share login credentials.
Claims submitted through DoulaShift must accurately reflect services rendered. Submitting false or misleading claims is grounds for immediate account termination and may violate federal and state law.
You will not attempt to circumvent verification, scrape data, impersonate another user, or use the platform to harass others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
The platform is provided "as is" during the NJ pilot. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, claim acceptance by payers, or specific shift volume.
